Some more bug fixes, hopefully the last.

• Fixed the getting crushed system so it works 100% of the time now
• Fixed a few checkpoints
• Fixed some coin list bugs
• Made it so you can kick the coconuts hanging from the roof of the houses in bananatown (Most Important Improvement 100%%!)
• Other stuff that i forgot
