With the release of Bananaguy 2 some new bugs were found and some quality of life improvements were requested. This update fixes most of them! :D

Mostly just bug fixes but also some other stuff.

• New achievement
• Death counter in coin list
• Changed a part in the cave so you don't have to die to recross a patch of water
• Lots of bug fixes, I dont remember all so I wont try listing them hehe :)
